Prevent and Cure Your Joint Pain Naturally

My research for healing arthritis and joint pain using natural products. None are an overnight cure--some take a couple months but it's food, spices, herbs, not synthetic chemical pills.


Pinkseafood like Salmon fights inflammation better than Vitamin E. People taking blood thinner should be careful taking Vitamin E.  Test show it's the Astaxanthin in the fish that helps fight inflammation.

Onions to strengthen Cartilage?  2 cups weekly, raw or cooked. It's the quercetin and sulfur nutrients that shield cartilage from damage and promotes healing if already damaged.

Yes, Olive Oil--it's been working for me like a pain killer. Don't tell anyone but I take it straight from the bottle--couple tablespoons. It's a natural source of oleocanthal that resarch has shown to be as effective as ibuprofen for pain.

Curcumin, the active ingredient in Turmeric. 22 studies determined it can reduce irritation and swelling 50% or more in 3 months some medications. It works with our immune system to reduce the making of COX-2, an enzyme that can erode healthy joint tissue.  A couple weeks ago I combined Turmeric, Ginger, Curcumin, and dry mustard in a spice bottle. It gets sprinkled on salads, soups, dips, every day. I also sprinkle on Braggs Amino Acid

Recently I started getting up from the PC and walking around the house for a timed 10 minutes every hour. It seems to be helping...planning to increase it 20 20 minutes three times a day.
