Health:Feeling stressed? Try a couple of Brazil nuts to increase your selenium intake. Studies show just two nuts can help you feel less anxious.
Wealth:
Buy generic--there's no difference between generic and brand name products like flour and sugar, bottled distilled water, eggs or milk. They are all regulated by law and they can save you money. OTC drugs also, generic or store brand are regulated.
Diet:Eating whole fruit is preferable to drinking fruit juice. Whole fruit has fiber and is more dense so will satisfy your appetite faster.
Exercise:Have you determined what type exercise you really enjoy and would stick to it for the long haul, mainly for life? It should be something you would feel good doing regularly, not just now and then. Choose something, alternate it with walking to keep from getting bored. Whatever you do, do it for at least 30 minutes a day, three to four times a week.
Fashion & Style:Do you know your best colors? When you have some time, go to a dress shop or department store and try on numerous outfits in different colors. Don't look at how the outfit looks on you, look at how the color looks on you and how you feel when wearing it. When you find your best colors, make a note to look for them or shades of them the next time you shop for clothes.
Beauty:Don't let your eye makeup fade away. A light dusting of translucent powder will give the makeup something to adhere to. You'll see it has greater staying power.
Spirit:Sometimes when you are in need of comfort or a sense of inner peace, spend a few quiet moments in a church or similar religious structure. You don't have to belong to a religion to feel the quiet presence and peace fullness.

Natural Skin Care For Any Age!
The most recent trend in creating and marketing products is the use of natural ingredients. You'll see vast marketing ads for Green Tea, antioxidants, herbs, and fruits. Ancient herbal remedies are being used, not just to improve our health but in modern products to improve our skin.
I think all of us have read about and even tried honey as a facial mask, or yogurt. Olive oil has long been used as a moisturizer. I've even heard of shortening being used as a night cream.
Beauty Advice eBook is created for a woman who cares of natural beauty. Natural cosmetics do not contain any cancerogenic or toxic components, are inexpensive, can be easily made at home and use healthy, easy-to-find ingredients. Take a few minutes to check it out, see if it's for you. Beauty Advice eBook
Here are two skin care recipes that I recommend you try. They are quick and easy and your skin will feel and look amazing!
Try this Honey Almond Facial Scrub:
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoons almonds
1/2 orange
1 mint leaf
Grind almonds, I use my coffee grinder. Finely chop the mint leaf and squeeze the juice from the orange. Add the honey and mix well. Use to gently scrub your face then rinse with warm water. Leftover will keep for a week in the frig.
Skin Enriching Mask
1 Tablespoon honey
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 tablespoon yogurt
Whisk the honey, egg yolk and yogurt thoroughly. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking briskly. Apply to skin for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse well with warm water.
I've been researching and writing articles about using natural herbs, spices and food, and was absolutely delighted to find this natural skin care book.

Incorporate celery and green peppers, proven memory boosters into your daily food plan. They contain high levels of luteolin that studies show can block inflammation linked to memory loss.
Wealth:
Not close to your bank's ATM and wants to omit ATM fees? There's always something you can use or might need at a nearby grocery or drug store where you can get cash back without fees.
Diet:
Cut 100 calories by mixing your juice with seltzer, low sodium club soda. I've mixed my juice half and half with no calorie iced tea.
Exercise:
I've found it much easier to do three 10 minute walking sessions a day, sometimes I do two 15 minutes-I found once I start, I get inspired to go longer. It's the getting started that's hard.
Style:
Slip a ring around a long, stylish scarf, draped down the front. Tie a knot below the ring to secure.
Spiritual:
Allow yourself the opportunity to live the life you desire. Do not set limitations on yourself that are based on someone else's negativity.

Six Steps to Natural Health
A brief explanation of Why I write this 'Quickie Tips 4 Life" Blog.
I started researching health because I wasn't healthy. The same is true of the other subjects in this blog:wealth; style; diet; exercise; and beauty. I've learned so much reading articles and magazines, and web sites, that I decided I wanted to capsulize it and share the info with others. I hope you will subscribe to the feed, become a regular viewer, comment, and add your tips.
Health:
Beans are known for their cancer fighting antioxidants. They are also packed with fiber which binds with toxins, creating a broom sweeping them out of your system. 1/2 a cup a day is recommended. Hummus with raw vegetables is an excellent way to get them.
Wealth:
Lower utility bills by switching off your PC when not in use.
Exercise:
If you’re pressed for time, break up your activity sessions into manageable chunks. For example, take four 5-minute “mini” walks each day or get up 10 minutes earlier and do some simple stretches.
Beauty:
Lip liner creates a waxy base that will hold your lip color. After lining lips, dab liner lightly on lips and follow with color.
Style:
Color jeans are the hottest item this season. Find them in red, blue, green and even yellow.
Spiritual:
Bring more joy in your life with joy filled thoughts.

Eat more fish. Find quick and easy recipes to prepare fish. It's good for your health.
Wealth:
You don't have to be rich to take advantage of a financial counselor. Use one to help you become rich with sound budgeting and investing advice.
Diet:
If you can eliminate food containing high fructose corn syrup, you can cut back on calories. Check labels, check labels, check labels. High fructose corn syrup is a non food, it's a sweetner and you don't need it in your daily diet.
Beauty:
Makeup for hot days. Use blotting papers to absorb excess oil and moisture (find them at drug stores). Apply powder first. A light dusting before applying makeup helps models stay fresh under heavy lights.
Exercise:
Walk around the track at your local high school. Play tennis on local courts. Start a walker's group at the mall. Most of all, be safe. Walk with a partner. Let family or friends know when and where you are walking and when you expect to be home. Don't take safety for granted.
Spiritual:
Keep a book of inspirational writings beside your bed or most used chair. Subscribe to a inspirational newsletter on the Internet.
