Last Quick Tips for 2008

Health:
Preventive medicine is important for all of us. See your medical advisor at least once a year and ask him/her what tests are beneficial for the best health. Ask for a list of what and when is best for you.

Wealth:
When posting a debit to your checking account, round it up to the next dollar. The cents will add up over time.

Beauty:
Researchers say uneven skin tone makes one look older more than wrinkles. Aglycolic peel can even out skin tone. Use one with alpha hydroxy acid.

Exercise:
It's been reported that just 30 minutes a day of exercise can lower blood pressure by 9 points for some. Walking will do it.

Diet:
Eating five mini meals, balanced with grains, protein, and carbs will help you lose weight. Balance and mini are the key.

Spiritual:
Read something spiritual everyday, even if you are a non believer. The thoughts are positive and will touch you in various ways.
