Health:

Lower your heart attack risk by eating fruits and vegetables daily. Studfies show spinach and other dark greens lowered risk by 13%! Blueberries are great.

Give up one non neceisity a day, like fancy coffee or tea, snack machine snack, and put the amount you saved away. You'll be surprised how much you save over time.

Diet:

Drink a small can of V-8 a half hour before meals and cut your appetite. Follow with a salad before your entree and you will be amazed at how many calories you save. And we all know, calories count.


Beauty:

Exfoliate your lips with a homemade scrub using olive oil and brow sugar mixture. Massage into lips, waith 5 minutes then rinse off and gently pat dry.


Exercise:

Waiting for the timer to go off when heating something in the microwave? Do some isometric tightening and releaseing various muscles in your body.
