Quick Tips 4 U - July 7

This week's Quick Tips aren't anything you don't already know. They are just reminders and hopefully a push in the direction of a new, improved you.


Health:


Right now, this moment, as you read this make a pact with yourself to become healthier starting right now. Visualize yourself exactly the way you want to look and feel. Commit to finding health and nutritional programs to support your healthier lifestyle. If you wait until later, you probably won't start. Do it now. Stop whatever else you are doing and make a firm commitment to be a healthier YOU! Do it NOW!

Wealth:


No matter what state your personal finances are in, have a plan to save. Even $1.00 a day will have you $365.00 richer at the end of the year. You won't miss $1.00 a day. After a couple months, seeing your savings develop, you will most likely find other ways to save even more. Try an automatic deduction plan at your bank.

Diet:

Salad! Salad! Salad! Begin lunch and dinner with a salad that's filled with healthy, tasty vegetables. Pile your plate high and use a light dressing or simply vinegar and oil with seasoning. Chances are you won't even want anything afterward. If you do, sip a cup of soup at lunch and at dinner have a protein and simple vegetable side dish.

Exercise:

What are you doing right now? Reading this of course. STOP! Stand up! Breathe deeply! Walk in place swinging your arms. Get the old engine revved up and swing your hips. You're burning calories and your increasing your energy. Go for it. Move that body! Move it NOW.

Style:

Do you have an absolutely favorite outfit? Something that makes you feel good when you wear it? If you do, look for the same style but perhaps in a different color and replace outfits you don't look good in with those you do. Be sure you find the best colors for your skin type. It really makes a difference in how good you look and feel.

Inspiration:

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.
