Health:
Stress is one of the leading causes of poor health. If you can't avoid stress, learn to control how you react to it. Easiest thing to do--breathe deeply, count your breaths--feel yourself relax. Do this five times and watch your stress level lower.
Wealth:
Think about buying a share or shares of stock for that hard to buy for person. Good idea for the young college student or newly wed. This is a great way to get them interested in investing. While you're at it, buy some for yourself.
Diet:
Time and again I remind myself that sometimes drinking a glass of water will satisfy what I think is hunger or a craving. Guess what! It does! Squirt in a touch of lemon juice for flavor and your mind will think you had something to eat.
Exercise:
Doing work around the house--vacuuming, dusting, washing the car? Anything that requires movement, eggerate the movements--stretch as far as you can--roll your torso--reach--reach. Move a little faster, get the heart pumping. Come on, you can do it.
Beauty:
Use a moisturizer comtaining vitamin e and/or aloe to soothe chapped skin. And don't forget to mositurize your lips frequently during cold weather and dry heat.
Spirit:
Take time during the busy holiday season to nourish your spirit with thoughts of peace, love, hope and kindness.
