Pre Holiday Quick Tips

 Health:
Approach your Holiday feasting with pre Holiday conditioning.  Add extra steps to your daily routines.  Find ways of stretching.  Move your arms and legs while watching TV or your favorite DVD.  When waiting at a light, roll your shoulders forward and backward as you tighten in your tummy muscles.

Diet:
Replace the usual high calorie Sweet Potato Casserole and French Style Green Bean Casserole with savory baked Sweet Potato, and Steamed Green Beans with a few squirts of butter spray and sprinkled with your favorite herbs.

Style:
Treat yourself to a new piece of jewelry or a colorful top.  Something that makes you feel extra stylish on Thanksgiving.

Make-up:

Take time to put on make up to give you an added glam boost.  It's a holiday, you should look special.  Add glitter to your eye shadow.  Make sure your lipstick has staying power.  And don't forget to check yourself out before dinner.  The heat of a kitchen can make your make-up run.

Holiday Cooking Tip

Ask The Butcher To Cut Your Turkey in Half.  Then you can cook just half as much at a time.

Take time to be thankful for all your blessings. Invite someone  you know will have no one to share the holiday feast.

May you always be Blessed with true happiness and may your life be filled with love.
