Exercise:
With the not too great weather right now, I've been doing fast paced walking in place, swinging arms and kicking legs in front of my TV. Ten minutes, three times a day. Sometimes I feel so energized I stretch it to 15 minutes. I've even been known to forget to watch the clock and I'm doing even more.
